Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith for your review and comment are
two copies of the as-built drawings for the Bruce Subdivision
water and sewer systems.
The as-built information for the underground portion is
noted as being supplied by the owners.
Mr. Roy Farrar requested that we draw-up the as-built
information and coordinate with your office to find what
revisions to the system would be necessary to make it meet
your standards.
You will note that we have suggested the abandoment and
re-installation of the water line from the existing location
east of Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 2 to a new location west of
those lots.
Comments regarding our suggested changes and your additional
requirements, if any, would be appreciated.
You may address your reply to elthem this office of
Mr. Farrar.

1. The sewer system must be u~covered and inspected by this
Department.
Engineering plans amd specifications by a registered en-
gineer must be submitted and approved hy this Department
for the water system.
Failut~e to comply with this notice will result in legal action
against you.
