Subject; Lot 35, Block 3, Southwood Park Subdivision (Mr. Carl F. Sullivan)
Dear Mr. Strickland:
We have discussed this problem with Mr. Sullivan regarding the encroachment
of his structure into the radius of the public well. Mr. Sullivan has
agreed to use cast or ductile iron pipe throughout for his sewer line. Any
of this ~ipe within the I00 ft. radius is to be encased in 4 inches of concrete.
This should provide the necessary protection to the public well in question.
This stipulation is based on the fact that the sanitary plumbing will be
removed to the part of the structure farthest from the well.
