Dear Sir:
You sketched a diagram of the on-site sewer system on Lot 4,
Block 4, Southwood Park Subdivision.
In order to consider this system for VA-FHA approval, this
Department must have a more detailed description showing
distances as follows:
a) Tank to house
b) Length of lines
c) width of lines
d) Distance of lot line to leach line
and lot line to septic tank.
e) Distance between house and leach line
These requirements must be met before this Department can
consider approval.
