SLOPE INVESTIGATION ON SPENDLOVE VIEW HEIGHTS /kDDITION #2
TRACT A
On February 16, 1983 Tract "A", Spendlove View Heights
Addition #2, was surveyed for slope. Tract "A" slopes from
North to South with grades averaging 15 to 20 percent.
However some areas in the Tract, especially portions of the
eastern-most lot, exceed a 25% grade. Please refer to the
attached slope map for the location of these grades. These
areas of steep grade would be unacceptable for septic systems.
Note however, as platted, each lot has at least 10,000 sq. ft.
of area less than 25% grade.
