The water monitoring has been in effect for nearly 12 months and the results show that all test hole areas are suitable for onsite septic systems. The three lots having existing residences, lots 3~ 4, & 6, now have approved well and septie systems. The test hole locations are shown on the enclosed plat. It is requested at this time that a letter be sent to the Platting Authority stating Health Approval for this subdivision. It should be noted that preliminary plat approval was given to this subdivision before the new title 21 ordinance was in effect. The soil logs enclosed are numbered 14 and are located on the preliminary plat, slope requirements can be determined from the topographic map. The Iow area to the East in the center of the subdivision (elev. 346.5) does have standing water at certain times of the year and is being treated as a water body for the purpose of septic design.
