On August 13, 197!5 you took out a well permit from this
department. Since then, this office has been unable to
contact you by telephone and has received no information
from you in the form of a well log to indicate the well
was drilled.
It is this department's policy that well permits are active
for a one (1) year period, making this permit invalid.
UntiJL further information is received from you or the well
driller, the well, if drilled, can not be approved.
If there are any further questions, please contact this
office at 279-2511, or come into our offices at 825 L
Street, Fourth Floor West.
