Subject: Sewer System for Lot 18, Spruce Acres Subdivision.
Dear l~r. Chrtstianson:
We do not have any record of a sewer system of the subject
lot. Before any on site sewer system is constructed a per-
mit to install must be obtained from this office, a soil
test made to determine the suitability of the soil for se~~
age disposal, and the system inspected prior to backfill by
this Dfftce. The installation must be made in accordance
with Borough Ordinance 28°.68 "Sewage Disposal."
Within seven days of receipt of this letter you are requested
to contact this office with suitable plans to bring the sea-
er system for the subject lot into compliance with Ordinance
28~68. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
