Lounsbury and Associates 723 West 6th Avenue Anchorage, Alaska 99501 Subject: S-5348A Lot 1 and Tract A Village Parkway Estates The final proposal,, as submitted, has been reviewed and the following items noted: (1) A perc test will be required prior to a permit issuance on Lot 1 in the designated sewage disposal sire bordering Villages Scenic Parkway, northwest corner of Lot 1. (2) 'The proposed disposal site located on the southwest corner of Lot 1, is not acceptable due to shallow bedrock. (3) A multi-french design will be necessary for use in the disposal site located near Villages Scenic Parkway° If there are any furthe~ questions~ please call this department at 264-4720. Buchholz, Senior Environmental Specialist LNB/ljw DATE: TO: FROM: SUBJECT: Anchor ge MEMORANDUM May 6, 1980 Planning Department Health and Environmental Protection S-5348: The Villages Village Parkway Estates After a meeting with th~ developer's engineer, this department has no objections with the following proposal~ (1) Eliminate lot line between Lots 3 and 4 and label as Tract. (2) Relocate Lots. 1 and 2 to the south. This should place test hole 2-A and 3-A on Lot 2. Lot 1 should be at least lb acres. (3) Prior to final approval, sewer systems on Lots i and 2 shall be shown regarding, designated installation sites on the plat. (4) The "tract"(Lots 3 and 4) can only have a single family dwelling and sewer installation site shall be designated on the plat prior to final approval.
