This letter is in reference to your phone call of I/'1I/'82 requesting speci-
fics on Plat 72-1 9 8, notes I and 2
I am requesting that Lots 1, Block 2 and Lot.~ 5, 6, 7 & 8!Block
3 be approved for construction of sing~'~-~'~amily residences. L ~ ! ,

In 1 981 a sewer line was installeO on O Brien S~reet ~irectly in front of
above mentioned'lots. Upon consulting with the Health Department I was in-
formed that due to sewer line it would now be possible to drill a water well
or bring in water line from Lake Otis and still be in compliance with Depart-
ment requirements. The Public Works Department stated the referenced pro-
perry was not a portion considered to be within flood hazard area.
