Subject: Approval of On-site Wastewater Disposal for
Lot 3A Block 1 Girdwood Original Townsite
Dear Mr. MacRae:
You are hereby granted approval for the method of disposal
of wastewater on the subject lot. This approval will be
contingent upon the on-going maintenance of the portable
outhouse by pumping it on an as needed basis. The current
use of the steel 55 gallon drum to hold gray water must
be discontinued. Gray water will be carried off of the lot
in an approved water tight plastic container and dumped
at an approved facility.
The department requests that you send us a copy of the
pumping receipt when your outhouse is cleaned annually.
