As a result, we are waiving this distance from five to one and one-half feet. This waiver applies to the existing two bedroom structure and tank only. Should either of these components change this waiver will become null and voild. As the separation distance should have been noted prior to issuance of the permit and as the job of permit review falls to this office, we are waiving the fee associated with this waiver.
