A existing septic system was installed on the property on 7/8/76 which consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank and a 3' X 40' deep trench type dminfield. The system is an approved system and has never been used. Due to the age of the septic tank, we propose that a new 1250 gallon septic tank be installed. A test hole was excavated on the property in order to provide an alternate site area. Attached is a soil log and a design with the criteria for the altemate site. The proposed well location is shown on the attached design. I am unaware of any adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic systems.
