E., Program Manager, On-site Services Department of Health and Human Services SUBJECT: Request for Comments on Subdivision(s) February 11, 1994 The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section, of the Department of Health an Human Services has reviewed the following cases and has these comments: S-9535: Carr Subdivision, Lots IA, 3A DHHS has records of the on-site water and wastewater disposal systems for both lots. Prior to plat approval horizontal separation distances between Little Campbell Creek and the two wastewater disposal systems should be confirmed by a professional civil engineer or land surveyor. S-9536: Southport Subdivision, Lot i - 9 Block 1; Lots I - 44 Block 2 and Tract B-1 No objection. All lots will be served by public water and sewer.
