The submittal consists of three (3) drawings showing the present improvements on the lot and the adjoining properties, (sheet 1/3), the proposed improvements of the lot, of which only the septic system is subject to this permit application, (sheet 2/3), and a schematic of the septic system, (sheet 3/3). Soil logs and percolation tests of applicable testholes are also enclosed. The septic system design is based on the soil reports submitted to DIISS during the review and approval of this subdivision.
