(S-10797) DearMnCross This is my response to your request for ground water monitoring on the above subdivision. I have monitored the water level in the two monitoring tubes during the spring and fall highwater season, which consist of April thru early June and September thru October of 2002. At no time was any water observed in the two monitoring tubes. The original test holes were done by Lee Reid Jr. and show water at elevation 10 feet on the north lot, however nothing was detected. Both test holes have good percs and do not require any additional peres to show three required leach fields. A topical graphical map has also been included with this report to show the slope for the given lot. No slopes greater than 25 percent exist near the septic test holes only gently sloping grades starting on the east and sloping to the west. Also I have reviewed the existing well logs in the area and have included them with this submittal for your review. The typical well yields over 6 gpm which is more than enough to serve a single family residence. The well depth is less than 100 feet for both wells, a map has been included to show locations of the wells also. If you have any question please call me at 345-3377 Michael N. Anderson, P.E. !
