Box 196650 Anchorage,AK 99519-6650 RE: U.S.SURVEY NO. 1177 B6,L1 —WELL— PUBLIC SEWER WAIVER We are submitting a waiver request for the separation distance between the proposed well to the exisitng sewer line as shown on the attached as-built/ plot plan. The proposed well will be drilled 68-70' from the existing public sewer line. We are therefore requesting that a waiver to 68' feet between the referenced, proposed well and sewer line be granted at this time. The elevation of the proposed well is 2'+ above the exisitng grade of the road where the public sewer main is located. Adjacent and existing wells are located less than the requested minimum 68' seperation with no known issues. The well would almost sure to be free or no contamination possible from any form of household sewage contamination from the sewer line. We respectfully request that the waiver be granted.
